Holding an MBA in Finance along with NTT and NPTT qualifications, she has spent 14 years in management and administration and the last 7 years focusing on early childhood education. Her journey includes valuable work experience with Indian Defence schools as well as reputed educational brands across three major states of India.

Passionate about early learning, she specializes in parent counselling and teacher training, helping both families and educators create nurturing environments for children. She strongly believes in building strong foundations during the early years and works closely with parents to support the holistic growth of every child.

Known for her creativity, Ms. Srivastava brings storytelling and pretend play into her sessions with toddlers, making learning interactive, joyful, and meaningful.
