ALLOWING CHILDREN TO GROW SOCIALLY, EMOTIONALLY, PHYSICALLY, AND INTELLECTUALLY

Our Programs

Where young children begin to make meaningful connections within the classroom and beyond.

Young children come into the world with a breathtaking drive to learn. They are powerful thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers and make meaning through their relationships with the people around them and through their interactions with the environment.

Children are naturally inquisitive about the world around them.

Learning is a continuous progressive evolvement of children through exploration in DFS Classrooms!

FOUNDATIONAL EARLY YEARS – NURSERY (3/4s)

In the Nursery Program, designed for 3 to 4-year-olds, your child will foster social skills, follow rules, and collaborate with peers, forming early friendships. Structured literacy and numeracy concepts are introduced, emphasizing the correlation between letters and sounds, encouraging inventive spellings. Hands-on activities and materials are used for mathematics, while inquiry-based learning and research projects engage young minds. The program focuses on practical living, sensory-motor abilities, language, science, math, music, physical agility, and safety skills. Creative expression through art, craft, dance, and cultural events is encouraged. Thematic projects, including Little Scientist, Roleplay, Waterplay, Nature walks, shops, and blocks, enhance learning. Emphasis on moral values through a comprehensive education program shapes character development, laying a strong foundation for your child’s future.
