We are what we eat

Healthy Food

HEALTHY FOOD is one of the most important educational pillar of Discover First Step schools which enable little children to learn various aspects of life.

Eating together is a lovely opportunity to catch up with friends which sprout a trait of being social & developing a sense of sharing among community.

We encourage our young diners to inculcate good table manners and quest to reach for fruits and vegetables which will lead to good healthy body & mind.

First Step team works hard to ensure our meals are tasty, nutritionally balanced and varied and that the children enjoy it every day. All meals are prepared from scratch on all our First Step centers.

Eat to Nourish

Meals at school is not only an important part of the child learning, it’s the basis for whole-child development. Nourishment for our students is most important aspect– it’s our commitment to build strong, healthy bodies with sharp IQ minds that help in laying the foundation for a long, healthier life.

In a dynamic environment, we thrive to deliver on the needs of our children. Their dietary requirements are our priority. First Step Nutrition team are a team of experts trained in the consistently evolving nourishment requirements to offer a safe, healthy food-aware culture.

Eat Healthy & Be Well

DFS ~ Being Healthy

We offer variety of dishes, using fresh vegetables & grains to help give your child the best start.

We are focused towards our food credentials and what we serve children in our schools. All of our menus are nutritionally balanced, paying special attention to the nutritive values.

We are evolving round the clock towards the way we create our menus and we regularly take feedbacks from children, parents and staff to help us develop dishes that meet the needs of many. Our existing menus consist of many childhood favourite with a healthy twist, ensuring children receive the correct nutritional balance they need. Better yet why not try some of our recipes at home.

We Love Food

Most of all, we love food that is good for you: simple, tasty and appetizing foods prepared from scratch with fresh, sustainably sourced and better-for-you ingredients, providing balanced nourishment for children body and soul.
