Dr. Bhavna Barmi is an internationally renowned practicing child and clinical psychologist. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and an MPhil in Medical and Social Psychology from NIMHANS, Bangalore.
Dr. Barmi heads Mind Track, a care and cure center for mental health. She is also the founder of Happiness Studio—a center for psychological and psychiatric well-being—and the co-founder of PsyCare, a neuropsychiatry hospital.
Awarded the Gold Medal Award for Excellence in the Field of Psychology (2015) and the Starstell Award for Excellence in the Field of Psychology, Dr. Barmi believes in “reach, assist and care.”
An expert in addressing the concerns of individuals, students/children, and parents, Dr. Barmi enjoys working closely with children and families. She has collaborated with over 300 schools and impacted around 30 lakh students, teachers, and parents.

She conducts Stress Management workshops and Lifestyle Management programs in India and abroad for MNCs and organizations such as Coke, PepsiCo, BHEL, NTPC, Dabur, HCL, Siemens, Hughes, Reebok, VSNL, Hewitt, Bharti, Hero Honda, CBI, AAI, SBI, CGDA, ICAI, IICS, and others.
She serves as Associate Editor for The Heart of the Matter (2000–present), a journal on prevention and holistic management of heart disease. Dr. Barmi is also a frequent guest expert on CNN, IBN, Star TV, ABP, Zee News, Aaj Tak, SAB TV, and more.
She has been featured in the media panel for Parents Ki Paathshala and runs a weekly program on Pragya TV.
