01. Initial Interview
Shortlisted candidates attend a preliminary interview.
02. Skill Set Analysis
Evaluation of writing, creative, digital, and technical skills.
03. Technical Interview
Assessment of early childhood education knowledge.
04. Practical Demonstration
On-site teaching demo for 3–5 working days at location.
05. HR Discussion
Final review and discussion with the HR team.
If upon successful clearance from Hiring Team, Joining Process will be initiated for the applicant. HR Team will connect with you.
- Background verification will be initiated.
- Selected applicant need to report on the reporting date informed by the HR Team with all the original required documents along with 4 passport size photographs.
